Sierra 1.8 Turbo Diesel

This is my old Sierra Turbo Diesel, `Laser` special edition model, which I owned
for a few years. Not the quickest of The turbo Diesels around for
acceleration, as its not Intercooled, the engine is rated at 75BHP (Ford
figures). After a bit of tweaking and fine tuning of the injection pump, I
managed to improve performance of acceleration and top speed. The car itself was
in very good condition for its age and has been very reliable. I did quite
a lot of miles in the time I owned it, and was probably the most reliable car I
have ever owned, I took the car over to Disneyland Paris twice, I sold the
car in 2003 after I bought a new shape Fiesta TDCi after trading my Astra van in
on the TDCi and the wife also wanted a smaller car so I decided to sell the
Sierra.
